The Tech Services Team provides comprehensive technical support to Contractors and Installers who purchase HVAC equipment from Slakey. This includes troubleshooting, answering product questions, guiding installations, and offering on-site assistance for complex issues. In addition, Tech Services offers training and technical guidance to enhance product knowledge and performance, ensuring Customers can efficiently install, maintain, and get the most out of the systems they purchase.

Technical Product Trainer

Provides technical training and support for Slakey Customers and Team Members, ensuring proper product application, installation, and service for major equipment lines. Develops instructional materials, delivers training sessions, offers field support, assists with Customer issues, and liaisons with Manufacturers to stay updated on product developments and service requirements.
