Slakey's Sales team is responsible for interacting with our Customers at the counter, over the phone, and at their place of business. The team works to help grow our Supply, Equipment, Plumbing, and Commercial Customers' businesses by presenting new products, staying up-to-date on Dealer training, and providing technical assistance for installations.

Inside Sales Representative

Performs a variety of inside sales tasks, providing excellent Customer service by assisting Customers with orders, product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly. Maintains strong product knowledge, manages administrative tasks, and may assist with training other Team Members or handling specialized product lines.

Outside Sales Representative

Handles a broad range of sales, Customer development, and support tasks, including maintaining Customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and promoting Slakey’s products and services. Resolves Customer issues promptly, supports marketing efforts, and collaborates with Suppliers to grow sales and market share.

Online Inside Sales Representative

Accurately process online orders, collaborate with Branch and Sales Teams to meet Customer expectations, and identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Provide excellent customer service, develop strong HVAC and plumbing product knowledge, coordinate with Branch Teams for efficient order fulfillment, and proactively communicate with Customers regarding order status, product availability, and sales opportunities.

Regional Sales Manager

Manage Slakey’s HVAC Equipment, Supplies, and Plumbing Sales functions by delegating tasks, coaching Team Members, and developing performance metrics to ensure accountability. Lead efforts to maintain high customer service standards, foster a positive work environment, and drive process improvements, while recruiting, training, and supporting the professional growth of Team Members.
