Provides advanced support for enterprise applications, ensuring minimal downtime, optimizing performance, and leading the implementation of best practices across the company. Manages and customize software like Epicor Prophet 21 (P21), support integration with systems like PathGuide and EDI, and provide training, troubleshooting, and development of custom solutions to meet business needs.
Systems Support
Responds promptly to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to P21, PathGuide, Global Shop, Microsoft Office, and other commonly used software. Assists with hardware troubleshooting, User account management, and device setup, while maintaining an average response time of fifteen minutes and collaborating with Technicians for complex issues and knowledge sharing.
